Join us for a visit at one of the founding laboratories of Geo4all initiative - NCSU OSGeo REL (Google Plus) located at the NCSU Center for Geospatial Analytics.
The lab is one of the hubs for GRASS GIS development, landscape dynamics modeling and visualization research and innovative open source geospatial education. You will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities with several Tangible Landscapes powered by GRASS GIS and explore virtual reality system coupled with GIS.
We will meet in Marriott lobby on Friday May 6 at 10am and take NCSU vans to the NCSU Jordan Hall and the university campus. The tour will last 2 hours.
